Crafted with authentic Itneg Pinilian, this series highlights a heritage weave known for its delicate “floating” designs. Patterns that seem to rise gently from the cloth, created through meticulous loom picking done entirely by hand.
Especially made for Habìli, each piece is thoughtfully composed from handwoven panels and brought to life using techniques passed down through generations. Every floating thread is manually lifted and interlaced. A slow, intentional process that cannot be rushed nor replicated by machines.
Enhanced with textile patchwork, each vest combines selected Pinilian motifs, colors, and textures — resulting in a one-of-one piece that carries the spirit of celebration and Filipino creativity.
