At Habìli, we value every message and appreciate your support for Filipino-made craftsmanship. Since most of our pieces are handmade and sourced from local artisans and social enterprises, we want to make sure you have all the information you need before and after your purchase.

🛍️ Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You can expect to receive your item by the 5th day at the latest.

  • Shipping schedules are every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

  • For next-day shipping, send us a DM or message before 12 NN so we can check availability.

  • Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns for change of mind or size.
If your item arrives damaged or defective (and not due to handling), we’ll be glad to arrange a replacement of the same value.
