At Habìli, every piece is handmade and thoughtfully crafted — celebrating our local weavers, artisans, and creative partners. Because of the unique nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or sizing.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery (and not caused by improper handling or use), we will gladly offer a replacement.
Guidelines:

To be eligible, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Replacement will be subject to stock availability.

If the same item is no longer available, you may choose another piece of equal value.

For items of higher value, you may pay the price difference to proceed with the replacement.

Shipping fees for approved replacements will be shouldered by Habìli.
All items undergo quality checks before shipment, but as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations are part of its natural charm — not considered defects.
